This is a very, very simple spell. It was created in order to annoy people, but could conceivably also be used to distract an opponent. In effect, all it does is give the recipient of the spell a nasty shock. Imagine, if you will, a particularly nasty static electricity shock. That is what this feel;s like. However, being only an illusion spell, no actual damage will occur, though the lingering pain might remain for several minutes.
